Who made this

A dentist, a PhD, and a kitchen in Bangalore.

Dr. Dhanalakshmi spent years studying how food, movement and the body interact — not as a hobbyist, but as a trained clinician with a Master's degree in Community Health from the University of Oslo and a PhD in Physical & Mental Wellbeing under the EU's Marie Curie programme in Slovakia, Italy and the Netherlands.

She's also a dentist and a yoga therapist. She has spent her career at the intersection of preventive medicine and daily behaviour — and food is where that intersection is most visible and most neglected.

"I started this because I couldn't find real food that fit how I actually wanted to live — clean, nutritious, convenient, versatile, and above all, genuinely tasty. Because food only becomes part of your life when you actually enjoy eating it. So I made my own, starting with the cracker."
